SmartQ - Food Ordering App

I am writing this feedback after using the app for around a month. This app is a complete disaster as it takes 5-10 min to load and open the homepage also my account keeps getting signout on its own every other day. Please fix these bugs. For smooth operation of the app and enhance the user experience. Consider this as a honest feedback and do the needful Thnakyou....

Very very poor experience with this app. What a waste this invention is...give money and get product...this much easy way we have before this app. Now, ordering food waiting for scanning, waiting for food delivery and sometime the food gone out of stock. The major worst part is, we couldn't cancell the order if the food was not there.. Pure headache it is...

Enhance the Smart Q app with two distinct sections: one displaying completed and upcoming orders, and another for ordering meals or snacks for multiple days. Additionally, ensure that today's booking order details are prominently featured on the home page for quick access and convenience. This enhancement will streamline the user experience, providing easy access to both past and future orders while prioritizing today's bookings for immediate reference.
